To use Adobe PDF Presets

In InDesign Choose File > Adobe PDF Presets > Define. In the dialogue box click "Load" and navigate to the file Casey Printing.joboptions and click "Open"

Please be sure all items that are to bleed extend beyond the page edge by at least 1/8", preferably 1/4".
