Q. What's the difference between a Store Account and a Proofing Account?
The Casey store and our online proofing system are based on two separate systems by necessity, and for your convenience and security. Most of our customers typically will use either one type of account or the other, but there are some who will benefit from using both types of Casey accounts. In these scenarios, it's helpful to know how they differ and how they are accessed. A Store Account is used to order print directly from our online store, make credit card payments and manage your profile and store order history. A Proofing Account is typically used for proofing and sending files for more complex jobs that are not ordered or managed on the online store.
