Casey can accept your mailing list as:
- Database file such as dBase, Fox Pro, Access and others
- Spreadsheet file such as Excell, DIF, and others
- As a ASCII Text file in a fixed length format or delimited field format
Upload your data file with your job, or send it to our mail specialist,
mailman@caseyprinting.com. Typically, after receiving your file, we perform the following services:
- Conversion of your data into mail list file and load into our USPS certified mail processing system.
- Address correction and CASS certification (This verifies the address format is valid, and that it is an actual address)
- NCOA (National Change Of Address - move update processing)
- Pre-sorting for automation and carrier routes (This organizes your list by address to make it as easy as possible for the Postal Service to process and deliver your mail, thereby offering you the lowest postal rates possible.)
- First Class, Standard Mail, and Periodicals Class Processing
- IMB - Intelligent mail bar code processing and optional tracking service
Mail Piece Imaging/Addressing - We offer Digital Printing with variable data as well as Ink Jet addressing. In addition to addressing, the "Variable Data" features can be programmed to give recipients customized messages to appeal to their particular needs.
Completed mail projects are entered into the USPS system at the appropriate Bulk Mail Entry Unit to provide the most efficient and cost effective postal savings.
